Description

​​The Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Walmart Connect's products and services, drive brand awareness, and support business growth. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audience and drive measurable results.​

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and operations teams to understand market needs, product positioning, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.​ ​
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and partnerships.​
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, sales tools, and presentations to support sales efforts and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services​.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI​.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges in the retail media industry, and leverage insights to drive marketing strategy.
  • ​​Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and vendors​.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the digital media industry or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and effectively communicate ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for marketing and staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
