The Meta Employer Brand team builds meaningful connections between talent audiences and the Meta employer brand. As a global team, our goal is to build brand loyalty and develop a community of people who view Meta as an employer of choice. Through strategic, thoughtful, and innovative creative work shared across employer brand channels, we help people discover, understand, and make connections with Meta's mission, culture, and values. Meta’s Employer Brand Team is seeking a Content Marketer to create and execute brand marketing initiatives around Meta as an employer. In this role, you'll plan and create content that spotlights our people, culture, and values.
You will be responsible for leading strategic development, creation, execution, and measurement of brand initiatives and building our employer brand in the eyes of our global talent markets. You’ll drive the development and implementation of our content strategy that will define our global employer brand to diverse, high-caliber talent and inspire them to build with us. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the overall design process through concept, design development, and delivery of compelling visuals that will resonate with an external global audience and inspire everyday sharing. You'll work with various stakeholders including Employee Experience, Recruiting, Communications, Consumer Marketing and more.
The ideal individual for this role will consider themselves a storyteller and creative generalist; someone who not only has inspiring brand ideas but who can execute and bring them to life. They’ll value the importance of discovering and telling people-driven stories, building trusted interpersonal relationships, and ensuring diversity is at the center of everything they do. They’re curious about understanding audience insights and distilling brand challenges. They’re stewards of brand integrity with a logical outlook for project execution. They thrive within cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent organizational skills. They are well-versed in brand marketing, high-performing content, and social optimization. A willingness to work closely with internal and external partners to develop best-in-class creative is a must.
