Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic Lifecycle Marketing and Operations team. Leveraging at least 6 years of marketing operations experience, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact marketing campaigns in our fast-paced and evolving marketing landscape. Your operational prowess and collaborative, partnership-oriented approach will help drive our marketing operations forward while ensuring the highest level of care and respect for the customer experience. Your expertise in campaign execution, measurement, and experimentation will be essential to the success of our marketing initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns and model-driven journey orchestration, with a focus on experimentation and optimization, in partnership with other members of the Marketing Operations team and external agencies
  • Collaborate and partner closely with Lifecycle Marketers to understand program and campaign objectives and provide strategic guidance for achieving optimal results.
  • Drive the vertical marketing operations strategy for your lifecycle stage, including managing and advocating for the technology, tools, and processes to deliver optimal outcomes.
  • Evaluate and analyze marketing program effectiveness in collaboration with Analytics and Data Ops, sharing and executing actionable improvement, optimization, and best practice recommendations.
  • Conduct thorough pre and post launch QA and testing to ensure campaign accuracy and compliance.
  • Improve campaign production processes, review procedures, and maintain accurate campaign technical documentation to enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in marketing operations or campaign operations, executing multi-channel marketing campaigns in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in collaborating, building trust, and partnership with Marketing Managers to define the strategic direction of campaigns and leverage data insights to drive campaign performance and optimization.
  • Proven expertise in designing, executing, and documenting complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Expert knowledge of at least one marketing automation / orchestration platform, with specific experience including audience segmentation, personalization and program analysis. Experience with Oracle (Eloqua) and/or Adobe (AEP) is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to quickly become a subject-matter expert with new marketing tools and platforms, adapting at speed to new technologies and ways of working.
  • Strong understanding of operational data pipelines and flows, and leveraging data to drive campaign segmentation and journey orchestration & decisioning.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS coding and technical workflows related to email templating and landing page creation.
  • Strong experience creating complex and dynamic email campaigns with personalization and dynamic content.
  • Expert knowledge of channel best practices, deliverability, and data protection laws, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with a focus on campaign results and improvement.
  • Strong collaboration skills, comfortable leading and collaborating in dynamic environments and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigating change and ambiguity with aplomb.
  • Embodies a growth mindset, constantly seeking out new opportunities for learning and development of self and others.
  • Passionate about solving challenges through innovative, technology-driven solutions.
  • Experience leveraging AI, data science models, or other emerging technologies to power orchestration and personalization is highly advantageous.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $120,000 - $162,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
